Love the style of Happy Cog’s new blog, Cognition. Simple CSS that create a really compelling site. With the option to reply via a Twitter post, or a link on your own site in place of a standard comment form is an interesting idea too.

- have a good design sense and understand the fundamentals / design principals.
- know all the major design software including the entire Adobe Creative Suite.
- have some basic video editing skills.
- know HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
